How to play Road Crossing

  1. Hop one cell at a time with the arrows, WASD or the yellow buttons. Space or the blue button hops forward.
  2. Every lane of traffic moves at its own speed and direction. Rows five, ten and fifteen are safe islands.
  3. Each new row you reach scores points. Reach the top to finish the crossing, score a bonus and start the next level.
  4. Get hit and you lose one of three lives and go back to the start.

About this game

Road Crossing is the Frogger idea squeezed onto the ten by twenty brick screen. Because everything moves on a grid you can count the gaps: watch a lane for a few beats, learn its rhythm, then hop. Later levels shorten the pauses between moves until the traffic is a blur. The safe rows are your friends, but standing still on one doesn't score anything.
